The current Advisor and proud Founder of MiWEPs.
My journey has taken me from Kampung Pandan to Setapak, Ampang, Subang, Shah Alam, and now Rimbayu – each place adding a little colour to my life’s story. Yes, I’m single, available, and absolutely loving it!
I hold a BSc in Mathematics and an MBA in Finance from UM, and began my career as a Quality Assurance Manager. But my passion led me to the world of training and facilitation, which I’ve been in for the past 20 years. Today, I lead ACE Biznez Academy, where I continue to empower individuals and businesses.
I’m the President of MATPRO (Malaysian Association of Training Providers) and yes… I’m also a singer from yesteryears, best known for belting out timeless Tamil classics.
I find joy in DIY projects, creating systems, leadership, empowering others, scuba diving, travelling, movies, and indoor games and just chilling at home.
“Your work reflects the respect you have for yourself. God’s work, good work, network.”
Hi everyone, I currently serve as the President of MiWEPs.
I’m proud to be one of the founding committee members, and it’s been a meaningful journey watching MiWEPs grow into a vibrant and empowering space for Malaysian Indian women.
I’m based in Petaling Jaya, professionally — I run Awan Sensory Marketing, Awan Training & Consultancy, Smart Steps Education, and Speechelp Therapy & Resources. Each of these reflects my passion for innovation, education, and human connection.
I enjoy surfing the net, playing with AI, and exploring the world of 3D art. You’ll often find me relaxing with music or audiobooks, always looking for something new to learn.
I consider myself a lifelong learner. Every day is an opportunity to grow, and I’m excited to keep growing with this amazing MiWEPs family.
“Stay hungry, stay foolish” by Steve Jobs
Vice President of MiWEPs, leading our Business Programs initiative.
Born and raised in Kuala Lumpur, I now call Sungai Buloh home. By profession, I’m with AKPK (Credit Counselling and Debt Management Agency), where I design and deliver financial empowerment programs that guide individuals through every life stage – from their first paycheck to retirement, and all the complex decisions in between.
At MiWEPs, I’m passionate about helping women sharpen their business sense, gain financial clarity, and take bold steps forward in their careers or entrepreneurial paths.
I love travelling, climbing mountains, and running marathons. I’m still negotiating with my legs to stay loyal through it all… but we’re working on that!
“Breaking boundaries I once thought were strictly for “other people””
Secretary General of MiWEPs, overseeing operations, admin and supporting the team ❤️
I’m a Johorian, but I’ve been living in KL since I was young. Now residing in Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam
I help people to master sales and presentation skills, incorporating NLP tools. I’m a Corporate Trainer / Coach. I’m very proud of The D.Pushpa Project, a 21-day Transformation Journey for women, conducted in Tamil.
As cliche as it sounds.. I love reading. And a bit of going uphill and going underwater, literally. After climbing Mt Kinabalu in 2022, this year I went 18m into the sea, and got certified as Open Water Diver Level I. Recently I fell in love with Leo, and he is now a permanent non-human resident of the house.
“Ordinary women, extraordinary stories”
The Asst. Secretary General of MiWEPs.
By profession, I’m a Digital Marketing & Branding Strategist. I design and run corporate and public training programs that help individuals and businesses master the art (and science!) of digital marketing and AI tools in this ever-evolving world.
By passion? Well… I’m a dedicated foodie, an enthusiastic traveller, and a big fan of long drives with the music turned up.
On quieter days (rare, thanks to my two kids who double as my personal energy boosters), you’ll find me nose-deep in a good book, if I can sneak in a chapter or two!
Get to know me over a good cup of coffee!
“I’m always up for great conversations and even better brews”
I’m currently serving as the Treasurer for MiWEPs this term, where I oversee all finance and accounts-related matters.
I grew up in Klang, especially during my school years, and now call Kota Kemuning home.
I’m a law graduate, but my true calling led me to become a full-time corporate trainer and speaker — specializing in image, emotional intelligence (EQ), and communication. Helping individuals and professionals grow in confidence and presence is a passion I live every day.
I’m all about fitness and adrenaline — weightlifting, boxing, and high-energy workouts keep me going! Travelling is my current addiction, and I’ve got 6 countries lined up this year!
“The only thing you’ll ever regret are the chances that you never take”
Vanakkam! I’m a proud Council Member of MiWEPs and the passionate lead for our Career Club.
Born and raised in Perak, I moved to KL after marriage, – where I live with my wonderful family and my three beautiful daughters who inspire me every day.

On top of that, I’ve spent the past 10 years as a Coway Health Planner, promoting wellness and home care solutions across Malaysia – helping families live healthier lives is something I truly value.
I have a deep love for travelling the world and a heart for social work – both keep me grounded, grateful, and excited for what’s next.

And beyond the boardroom — I’m also a professional singer and show producer, celebrating 40 vibrant years in the entertainment industry!
“Gratitude opens the door to the power, wisdom and the creativity of the Universe”
– Council Member of MiWEPs, proudly leading our CSR efforts.
From a very young age, I’ve always had a heart for helping those in need – and that passion still drives me today. Whether it’s through a simple gesture or meaningful community work, nothing brings me more joy than lifting others up.
My professional background includes years in MNCs as a Senior Sales Administrator in both Shipping and Sales, where I honed my skills in coordination and client relations. Today, I’m focused on managing my own consultancy company, a journey that’s given me the flexibility to align my work with my values.
I believe that life is truly beautiful when your heart is full of love. Outside of work, I enjoy driving, listening to music, and getting lost in a good book.

Sports and travel fuel my soul — I’ve visited 26 countries and competed as a Masters Athlete for over 30 years, recently winning 3 medals at the Malaysian Masters International Open (May 2025, Perlis).
I also enjoy singing and playing guitar. It’s a true honour to be featured as a Veteran Athlete in MiWEPs’ Coffee Table Book.

“Grow through what you go through”
Thank you Dr. Maria and Miweps leaders for inspiring me. You all transformed me from calling myself a "Single Mother" to "An Independent Mother". Now I'm proud to call myself as an "Independent Women Entrepreneur". Miweps can change every woman to become stronger.
Miweps gave me an opportunity that I never dreamt of. Outcome of the mentor walk gave me the exposure on training industry both locally and international and also in broadening my network. With that I’ve also managed to adapt to MCO and new norm in the best way possible. More to come and thank you Miweps and Dr. Maria.
Miweps had been a great platform for my self development as well as reaching out to the community. Dr Maria and the team had given me opportunities to take lead in projects, network with high profile personalities, appear on TV interviews and be featured in newspapers! Thus, the exposure had groomed me and now, I've received several accolades and speaking at international platforms to empower more people. It is a beautiful journey, learning and having fun with awesome people in Miweps.
I have gained a lot through MiWEPs, through the CUEDIP programme I have earned myself and Executive Diploma in Administration from IPMA (UK) and was the best student of this class. I also attended Global Walk and through this connection, I got CIDB permit for my business. I became more confident and started speaking on agroprenuership and that gave me some extra income too. I also participated in MiWEPs Car Booth Sales, started off Abbi’s kitchen and made more than 200% profit!
